Terms of Service
Website use, free design previews, and the distinction between website terms and a client project agreement.
These Terms of Service describe use of www.redeemedwebdesign.com, the website of Redeemed Web Design, a New Mexico-based sole proprietorship. For questions, email redeemedwebdesign@gmail.com. These website terms are separate from any agreement for paid client services.
1. Use of the website
You may browse our informational pages, review portfolio examples, and contact us about website services. Please do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate others, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit malicious material, or access nonpublic systems without authorization.
2. Free design previews
A free website preview is a design concept offered for evaluation. It may have sample text, illustrative visuals, and features that are not ready for production. A preview does not promise a completed website, hosting, a particular completion date, or exclusive rights to its design. Requesting or reviewing a preview is free and creates no obligation to purchase. No paid work begins solely because you receive a preview.
3. Separate agreement for paid projects
Prices and services on this website are general starting points. Before beginning paid work, we and the client must agree on a written project scope and price, deliverables, expected timing, revisions, responsibilities, and payment schedule. That project agreement should also address cancellation and refunds, third-party subscriptions, hosting or maintenance, and rights to delivered files. A Stripe invoice or payment link is a means of collecting an agreed payment; it does not replace a separate description of the services and terms agreed for a particular project.
Maintenance and support are provided only to the extent agreed for a particular project or subscription. The website's general description of support does not promise unlimited or round-the-clock service. We do not guarantee particular search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or other business results.
4. Payments
If we agree on a paid project, we may issue a Stripe invoice or payment link. Project-specific deposit amounts, due dates, cancellation and refund arrangements, and any recurring hosting, domain, or maintenance charges must be agreed with the client before payment is due. We do not establish a universal nonrefundable-payment rule through these website terms. Stripe's own terms apply to its payment-processing service.
5. Customer materials and permissions
When contacting us or engaging us for a project, please provide accurate business details and only submit text, photos, logos, reviews, or other materials you are authorized to use. Do not send passwords or confidential account credentials in the public inquiry form. Any access to client accounts and the permitted use of client materials should be documented in the project agreement.
6. Ownership and portfolio use
Redeemed Web Design's branding and original site materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party material and software may be subject to separate licenses. Viewing a design or preview does not transfer ownership or grant a right to publish, resell, or reuse it without agreement. Ownership, licenses, handoff rights, and permission to publicly display a client's project are matters for the written project agreement. Portfolio concepts are identified as examples rather than representations of completed paid client work.
7. Third-party links and tools
Our website may link to outside projects, social pages, and third-party services. We do not control their privacy policies or operation. Use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Accuracy and limitations
We aim to keep our website information accurate, but content may be updated and website access may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that browsing this informational site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these website terms excludes statutory rights or liability that may not lawfully be excluded. Any project warranties or liability limitations should be reviewed and stated separately in the written client agreement.
9. Privacy, accessibility, and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how website and inquiry information is handled, including relevant AI-assisted services and payment providers. Sending an inquiry allows us to respond about that inquiry, but does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. If you need help accessing content or would like to report an accessibility issue, please email us.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these website terms and publish a new effective date. Revisions do not automatically change any separate written project agreement. Questions may be emailed to redeemedwebdesign@gmail.com.
